F.U.M.E

A new project by renowned restaurateur and developer Emin Agalarov has launched in Baku.

The name F.U.M.E. encapsulates the project's DNA: F for fresh, U for unique, M for modern, and E for Eastern.

The service team consists of professional hookah specialists who set up mobile hookah bars and bring an aromatic flair to any event. The menu features classic blends—such as "Baku Night" (iced pineapple, kiwi, and mint) and "California" (notes of American pie and caramel)—as well as hookahs prepared using fresh fruit bowls and premium tobacco.

Currently, F.U.M.E. hookah catering operates within the AgalarovRest holding's Baku venues. Future plans include expanding to other restaurants in the city and launching in Moscow.
