Park Cafe

Located within the Sea Breeze resort complex—situated on the picturesque Caspian coast just 30 km from Baku—the PARK RESIDENCES apartment building houses a culinary destination with a distinctly European flair. Park Cafe, led by Executive Chef Sergey Kondakov, is a spacious, stylish restaurant capable of comfortably accommodating up to 220 guests.

The interior features a modern design: the raw concrete of the ceilings contrasts strikingly with wooden furnishings, balanced by soft textiles and greenery. Designer chandeliers ensure pleasant lighting year-round, while panoramic windows flood the space with natural light. The layout includes distinct zones to ensure comfortable seating arrangements for large groups.

The menu showcases the diversity of Italian cuisine, featuring dishes such as Mortadella pizza, salmon tartare with green apple and Romaine lettuce, stracciatella with warm eggplant and tomato filling, black truffle risotto, and veal with broccoli and Dorblu cheese.

An extensive bar menu offers a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages—including lemonades, fresh juices, mocktails, and premium teas—as well as alcoholic options, ranging from classic and seasonal summer cocktails to premium sparkling wines and spirits.
